This document encapsulates and scrutinizes the principal conclusions and recommendations put forth by national and international speakers who participated in the XII International Environmental Congress. The theme of the congress was “Circular Economy: a tool for the development of the Sustainable Development Goals”. The congress was organized by the Study Center for Sustainable Development, CEID Colombia, and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), with the support of W2W. The event took place on October 21 and 22, 2019, in Bogotá, Colombia.
